PASCHIMOTHA ASANA

  • Sit upstraight.

  • Keep both legs together.

  • Stretch your arms up close to the side of the head near the ears.

  • Inhale. Then bend forward and hold your feet with your hands.

  • If you cannot reach, bend your knees and hold the big toes.

  • Then try to touch your knees with your face.

  • Draw in your stomach as you exhale, and try to touch the floor with your elbows.

  • Stay in this position for 10 seconds.

  • Repeat 2-4 times.

  • The head should bend slowly forward.

  • Rest after each time, then try again.
